As a professional cartographer, I have created animated, interactive, and static maps for a long time. This little study uses After Effects, a graphic animation program. I have wanted to return to mixing mapping and After Effects for a while, so I created this miniature study of exploration. The maps were created with ArcGIS Maps for Adobe, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop.
